awesometopia is a multi-fandom land community. (If it's geeky, it's welcome here.) Members compete in graphics and writing contests, play games, and do all manner of weird and awesome things to earn points for their teams: Team Dragons, Team Piratefish, or Team Rocketgeese. DAY 02: A show you wish more people were watching



QI, short for Quite Interesting, is exactly that. Another one of those 30min themed comedy-panel-quiz type shows, this one focuses on obscure and bizarre trivia and revels in debunking common misconceptions and myths. Hosted by the amazing Stephen Fry doing what he does best, and joined by comedian Alan Davies as regular panelist, each week 3 celebrity guests compete in this quest for knowledge. Points are regularly awarded for clever and funny answers rather than the correct ones and contestants more often than not end up with final scores in the negatives. This is a never miss show for me and the fact that it easily manages to be both educational and highly entertaining at the same time is just wonderful. :D
