Okay, icons! I like these a lot, but I actually like your first set better! I think your first set had a bit more focus in a lot of the icons--sometimes these are blurry (which can work well, but I like to have at least one focused spot in a blurry icon that the blur brings attention to).

That's interesting because I rather like this set of 'THEMES' icons better than the last ones, but I can see what you mean about the difference. This show can be a little tricky to work with at times because its age means that often the source material is quite blurry itself. More often than not I have to try and sharpen and/or lighten up any images before using them. That's just all part of the challenge/fun though. The 'ARTIST'S CHOICE' icons I'm less happy with. Those were a bit of a rush job because I ran out of time in the end. I'm not sure how that AC#4 got through without being sharpened up a little more. It's probably my least favourite up there. Other than that I'm pretty happy.

That said, "group," "blue" and "yellow" are pretty excellent. "Group" fits a whole lot of people into a small space without making everything look too busy, which is always a challenge. I like the way the observer frames the shot in "blue." And "yellow" is just awesome. I don't know. It just is? : )

I love the 'group' and 'yellow' icons too. The 'group' icon was the first one I made just messing around and liked it so much - especially when I got that text to fit that I couldn't not use it. The 'yellow' icon was maybe going to be one of the 'ARTIST'S CHOICE' icons but I liked the colour so much that I moved it to the 'COLOURS' category instead.

I also like the 'first' and 'smile' icons. The 'first' because most episodes of The Avengers start with Steed leaving Mrs. Peel that message in a different and silly way - in this case under the wallpaper that she was removing from her living room, like in the Doctor Who episode 'Blink'. The text was literally on the wall and not added by me in that icon so I'm rather happy that I got it as clear and legible as I did. The 'smile' icon just makes me smile. I like that it's a little brighter than the others and that although there's two characters in the icon it's the smile you focus on - perhaps because the other character is also looking at the smile. :)

(Also "blend" is very well done! That's also on my list of likes.)

I'm not 100% happy with the text on that one, but it looked incomplete without something there. I'm not sure what else I could have done, but I do like the way the blend part worked out.

I think the 'past' icon needed something more as well. That one probably gave me the most trouble of the lot.

I did have a few alternatives from this batch but I think the ones I chose worked better as a set than if I'd included these ones.

'Past' icon (I love this one but it also felt a little unfinished).

And a few more 'Colour' icons.

Hope you don't mind the mega rambling. It's just really good to be able to discuss such nice solid feedback. :D
