Three sausages went to the station.
One got lost, one got squashed,
And the third had a big operation.

Date: 2007-09-26 01:50 pm (UTC)ALSO? I USED TO HAVE NIGHTMARES ABOUT MR. FLIBBLE. RIMMER WAS NEVER IN THEM, IT WAS *JUST* HIM. SHAME, WOULDN'T OF MINDED RIMMER.

Date: 2007-09-26 05:56 pm (UTC)Thanks. I'm not that good in regular day social situations - I come over all shy - so I love internet friends. It's great to know that whatever sort of day I've had I can always come online and know there'll be someone here who'll understand. :)
Yeah, he is marvelously creepy isn't he? I guess it's a good thing I don't remember seeing Mr Flibble in my younger days even though Mum swears she used to use the show to help put me to sleep at night. :D
I love the fact that you can now buy your own officially liscensed Mr Flibble. The past few times I've visited Minotaur I've been *this* far away from walking out with one. If only I had some of that money that all the cool people seem to have. :P
Rimmer is definately a bit of alright. I love him in the earlier episodes particularly 'Thanks For The Memories' - one of my favourite episodes ever. :)

Date: 2007-09-27 01:11 am (UTC)I know what you mean, I'm like, really hyper and out there around friends and people I really trust, but when I'm around new people (even really super nice people) I tend to go all quiet and withdrawnish.
It was like, really scary, because he would just hover around chasing me, and UGH SO CREEPY!
But yeah, I get the same thing in that shop! (I don't know if they've still got it) but have you seen that cool actual model of the Red Dwarf with the little figures with it? I SO wanted that, but (1) it was WAY expensive (2) it was always next to the Doctor Who section and...I'll just say, that in my entire lifetime and Minotaur browsingness, I have never walked into that store and not bought something Doctor Who branded (or else I've left insisting I'll start saving for something DW related...I SO want that gigantic remote control talking K9 right now!). Heehee I love that you know Minotaur!
Rimmer is definately a bit of alright.
Ah, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks that! Most people I mention that too seem to give me weird looks and be a tiny little bit creeped out. Yeah, I love that one! That and Better than Life are probably my two favourites (for the moment - it still continually changes!).

Date: 2007-09-27 04:52 pm (UTC)I actually have a friend who has that model and she say it's pretty cool - but yeah you're right about the price.
The best that I have is a little mini-model of the Starbug about the size of a Matchbox car. That's pretty cool too though as it came with a little stand for display but that it's also small enough to fly around the room and have a bit of fun.
Minotaur is the eviliest place on Earth. Especially being a bit of a country girl and having little to none pop culture stores around. That place entices me in and gets me all hyper and the next thing I know I'm standing on the street with big handfulls of stuff and missing a good $100. *lolz*
He's always been my favourite character on the show. So cute and forlorn at times like a sad little puppy. Just makes you want to hug him. :P
I also love 'Future Echoes' for that whole 'I've just been in the library thinking' scene and 'Me2' for the double Rimmery goodness and the arguements with himself. Sheer brilliance. :D
